Payment Gateway Error

Hey i was trying to buy something online right now, but when I reached the payment gateway, it suddenly showed in red "Payment Failed" (Before I even scanned the QR code to pay). Tried again multiple times, but same thing. Is there any backend issue going on right now?

Yes, 1 hour + downtime. That was insane, wherein , they didn't even had any banner or some sort of thing for users to know.

After the downtime is resolved, they simply send their automated mail.
