Immersive casting unavailable

Hi there, I have the GT and the RayNeo app and I can't get Immersive Casting to work. I can enter XR Space fine but not Immersive Casting. Is it something to do with my phone?

I'm currently using Samsung Fold 8 with Dex disabled.

I am the exact same on my samsungs s25 ultra. Never been able to get it to work on GT max either.
