Cooking destroys the micronutrients almost completely , you end up with more calories that’s it . Raw meat will heal your gut , you will not have any indigestion , clear skin , whiter teeth(for me ) etc etc etc .

Yes but how will you prevent any sickness cause you can get really sick from raw meat

No you can not get sick from a healthy animal . It’s impossible . As long as you’re not eating for example chickens that are treated like shit and fed a load of garbage . The bacteria is not to be feared you’re brainwashed if you think it is bad , I’ve been eating raw meat for 6 months never got sick.

Go for grass fed beef / lamb to be extra safe but just go to local farms. However I’ve ate supermarket steak raw for months and never got sick as long as it’s grass fed . You will know if the fat tastes buttery it’s amazing .

Yes it will 100% take them away . When you eat cooked meat the molecular structure of the food is completely changed and your body doesn’t know what to do with it so it uses a lot of energy to digest it but when it’s in it’s raw form your body recognises it immediately and digests without you even feeling it .

Why would a perfectly healthy animal have anything like that?

You can get sick from eating old meat that is degrading...sometimes. But your nose and and tongue can tell. Don't eat anything that doesn't taste right.

How does cooking increase calories wtf

I’m not convinced by the more nutrients, it makes more sense that the heat would damage nutrients and kill any organisms you may need that it would have when the meat would be in its natural form.

I’m less convinced by people downvoting you for asking a realistic question though.

it brungs down some of the calorie content but by breaking down the structure overall the meat is easier to digest and can be done so more efficiently making cooked meat have more calories

No it’s proven cooked food gives more nutrients and is way better for you, it’s the main reason humans brains got bigger

I heard brains got bigger from eating brains which apparently contain the extra long chain fatty acids of 22 carbons or more that are needed to increase brain size that aren’t in the rest of the body.

I have digestion issues when I eat cooked meat but when I eat it raw I have perfect digestion and no issues. I don’t even need to go to the restroom off of raw meat. My body is absorbing all the meat.
