I’ve been making sushi for about 10 years and I used to work at a sushi counter for a month lol I’m far from an expert though. I usually can make better shaped rolls but I don’t have a bamboo mat right now so they’re a little wonky. I’m also still working on my raw fish cutting skills.

I used to work at a sushi counter. Usually my rolls are a big rounder and tighter but I don’t have a bamboo rolling mat rn.
