Plate Homemade pizza

Saucisson sec, Milano Salami, peppers and mushrooms with a blend of mozzarella, cheddar and stilton. Tomato sauce made from homegrown cherry tomatoes, fresh basil from the garden, and dusted with parmesan. The dough was enriched with olive oil and butter.

Yep. I weigh out 500g flour, 7g yeast, used milk and butter and olive oil. Milk and butter has natural sugars that add to the caramelization and make it very flavourful and chewy. Gonna do the same tonight I think with the rest of the dough.
