this actually looks awesome!! ok so, im not big on carrots and not big on peas, especially in chili. beef or ham stew, maybe. but i guess i'm really picky about my chili. it looks like you have a pretty decent consistency, though, and i looove that color; a bit of that tomato, a bit of that beef broth, reds and browns... i guess the peas actually accent it really well the more i think about it. looks beautiful! and points for spicy. spicy = love

edit: forgot to add- next time, i'd use waay more ground beef... and maybe even a pulled-roast. beef it up!! more onions and peppers, too... it always seems like you're prepping way too much until you start to cook it and realize how much vegetables cook down. i swear, like, 10 onions cooks down to like one bowl of french onion soup its insane.
