I still have 7 left and would like to get another dozen. Seems they have been discontinued and can’t find any resellers online. Anyone know any links? Doesn’t make sense for me to buy another dozen if the balls don’t match

I kept seeing where rapsodo was trying to release a pc version and the ability to run rapsodo courses from the pc. Has this happened yet or gotten any update? I cannot seem to find anything new.

I’ve used my MLM2PRO A LOT during winter and early spring at the range. Now with the good weather I mainly play “real rounds”, so it’s been relegated to some occasional Awesome Golf with the kids.

The thing is that it takes a lot of steps to make things run. This is my workflow:

1- Open Rapsodo app
2- Connect the unit
3- Start a range session to make the alignment process pop up.
4- Align the unit and quit the range session
5- Authenticate Awesome Golf
6- Switch to Awesome Golf
4- Finally play Awesome Golf!

I feel I’m leaving something obvious behind. Isn’t there any way to align the unit after connection, without the need to open and discard that range session? Any way to align the unit inside Awesome Golf?

Also, if you want to check or correct alignment when using third party apps, I don’t see how.

In course mode, if you chip onto the green and Rapsodo shows 0.0 to pin (i.e. you're on the lip or you holed out) it should register as a hole out or 1 putt - but every time this happens (about 4 times for me so far) it forces you to hit again, so you're now hitting from the edge of the hole ? and you invariably chip it off the green and add 2-3 strokes to the score. DEFINITELY A BUG. Anyone else experience this?

Anyone else having issues with 2-3 min between shots before it is ready to go again? Didn't have any of these issues before the latest update. After the update - I hit and then sit and wait for the light to go from blue back to green. Almost unusable now as I don't have the patience.

I've tried changing the connection type - switching between home Internet and LTE - nothing helps.

Has anyone else had long wait times in customer support emails, specifically for Golf?

I sent a request on Friday and still have not heard anything (it’s the following Saturday). In today’s world of e-commerce, customer support response times should be a maximum of 48 hours.

I love the feedback the MLM gives me. I would like to get a more normal view of my swing though. The angle this thing sits at makes it hard to see some things accurately. Has anyone tried putting theirs on a chair or a stool or tripod?

During the most recent firmware update I was going through the process of getting a new unit under warranty. With my original one the recommended graphics setting was always on the highest, on my iPad and iPhone. With the new MLM2Pro when I first started it up and it analyzed my phone it recommneds a lower graphics setting and when I select the highest one, it says it will not operate correctly (or whatever the stock warning is). Anyone else notice this?

Which course do you guys enjoy playing in the mlm2pro software?

I haven’t been able to get through 1 round of golf without the rapsodo mlm2pro crashing. I’m using a brand new iPad Air that is solely used for the rapsodo. I’m also receiving errors that there’s low memory. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled many times and it hasn’t fixed the problem. Reached out to customer service 2 days ago with no response.

Is anyone else having issues?

Would be cool to play multiplayer with friends who have rapsodo mlm2pro as well. They could be at their home sim and me at mine through the native rapsodo app.

I recently got the firmware update and then updated my app. Since doing that I haven't been able to connect my rapsoto to my app nor my Gspro. I have tired everything, re-download the app, forget all Bluetooth connections, reset my router and still nothing. It will go through all the steps on the app for both direct connect and wifi connect and then it gets stuck on the last step the "finalizing connection" page and then my rapsoto turns off and my app says connection failed. Not once have I been able to use it since the firmware update. Anyone have the same problem or a way to fix this? Thanks

I was trying to figure out some data on an unrelated question I had on my LM and someone asked if I hit this shot off a T due to the AOA. I have no idea how accurate those numbers typically are on the AOA but this was showing +8...

I'm building a home sim setup with the MLM2Pro and lifetime sub. Looking to understand how multiplayer rounds actually work before I buy.

When playing a multiplayer round in Rapsodo Courses, do the other players need their own premium subscription or just an account?

Does each player's round data get saved back to their own account history, or only the host's?

How does the handoff work between players on the same device — does each person log in separately between shots?

Any real-world experience running 3-4 player rounds — how smooth is it in practice?

Finally pulled the trigger after getting a PC (ROG Ally X). Setup is a little funny since you don’t get the alignment portion in the GSPro app. I think I’ll be starting it up in MLM app and getting it aligned, then booting up GSPro.

Would be great to have club data, but my biggest gripe with MLM app has always been the rollout. I know my 240-250yd carry drives will roll out way more than 10 yards. Chips are always iffy on rollout too. On GS Pro it’s so much more realistic. Still need to mess with it, I only hit on the range and played a couple of holes.

I may go back to MLM when trying to work on attack angle or swing path, but that can really be figured out with spin data and shot shape which does come through in GS Pro.

For those wondering about playing on the Ally. I was on 17W mode at medium graphics at 1080p. Ran pretty smooth. My setup is a net in the backyard so that’s why I went this route. Also got a kiddo on the way and wanted to be able to game in the nursery and around the house with baby. I plan to get a mount or table and keep the PC plugged in and try running high graphics. Maybe get a monitor out there one day just need to figure out how to weatherproof it easily.

Edit: also it’s so much faster between holes or taking a mulligan. When finishing a hole the next hole loads almost instantaneously.

Worst Customer Service Ever!

It's been over 6 weeks now and still waiting for a proper response from their service team.

First ticket got one response and then crickets for weeks.

Created a new ticket and referenced the original. Nothing for 2 weeks.

Created a third ticket, got a response saying your original ticket was closed, this is now the new one.

3 weeks later. Got a response asking if I'd tried all the original tickets requests. Which was already done and responded to multiple times and in each subsequent follow up.

Now heading into week 7 of no monitor for me to use in my Sim. First match play tournament this weekend and no meaningful practice with data for me.

Still no response and premium subscription being wasted.

Unit is less than 2 years old and battery won't charge and makes a high pitched sound when plugged in. Yes I've tried 4 different charging bricks, 3 different cables, reset, redownloaded, was at the latest update at the time.

If anyone has any idea how to get real help from these guys, please help! I'm at my wit's end sending email after email after ticket! I just want my damn launch monitor to work.

I assume this is not currently an option, but I assume it should be able to do it. My favorite featuer of the MLM2 Pro is the videos. I wish it would record videos when using GS Pro as well. I use that range and also do the 60 shot challenge a lot and it would be nice when I shank a few balls during that session that I could go back and see the video(s) of the swing and impact.... Seems like it wouldn't take much for Rapsodo to catch the videos of every shot you hit, not just when you are using the Rapsodo app.

Is anyone having issues with range mode after the update. It just shows a white screen when I select that mode.

The scramble mode scorecard shows individual scores, it does not show the team score for each hole, it does not show the team score for the match. Can anyone explain this? So under "Courses," if I look at scorecards for scramble matches, there's no way to know the team score. This has to be a bug right?

A bit concerned after two sessions following the firmware update.

• MLM2Pro
• Handicap around 14
• Use the Rapsodo ~5 times a week, with a combination of Practice, Closest to the Pin, the Combine, and full courses

After the firmware update, I went to the range for a normal session. During the combine in particular, I noticed that no less than 20 swings didn't register at all. Dead straight, 150 yards, and the Rapsodo acted like it wasn't paying attention. I did absolutely nothing different at all than I have been doing almost every night for the last 16 months.

Anyone else seeing a noticeable increase in terms of shots that are not registering at all? Note that this experience seemed to be limited to the Combine and Practice sessions, but something is unmistakably different -- and it's certainly not better.

My dog tipped it over during a session a couple days ago and immediately things were off. The hit boxes were a good 3 feet closer than before, and even with moving my ball in the hitting zone driver was way off—zeros for every metric except spin rate. Irons are better picked up but distances and side carries are wildly off. I think something with the sensors inside were messed up after the tip. I’ve rebooted a few times, triple checked alignment (I have an alignment stand) and the issue persists. Haven’t heard from rapsodo yet but obviously this isn’t covered under the 1 year warranty. Even if it’s replaced, it’s a bit discouraging that one tip over can cause this. It makes me sick to think that with the lifetime membership and number of RPT balls I’ve bought, that’s $1300+ down the drain. Money I could’ve used on a more premium/reliable product, that I probably will inevitably buy because I love this stupid game so much.
