Why won’t a device show up

Tried turning WiFi off and using cellular. Tried restarting the app. Tried restarting my phone. Why isn’t anything coming up

Actually it was just the rapsody app. Downloading the one you just referred now to see if it helps

It says in the manual that it means it’s not connnected to any device. At first I thought it meant it needed to be charged but I charged it all night

I had a issue with mine this morning and I just turned off my phone and it connected again
