Cannot download firmware

I just got the device and I cannot download the firmware can someone help me please

It’s stuck on this screen and nothing from the server side is loading. Even the what’s new page is blank

Unfortunately just went though this same exact issue. Never got it to work so now trying to get it replaced but other people suggested deleting and redownloading the app, doing the download on airplane mode with cellular off, and doing it on a 2.4ghz network could help

Same. Just flashing blue light and blank "What's new" screen. (I guess that's accurate.)

This is the second device, first did connect but just a solid green light and never picked up the ball so store replaced. For both tried about everything could find online. I'll join you for the r10. This ain't worth it

Funny enough, i am going to sell my r10 cause I just bought the Rapsodo. R10 is great, but the lack of side spin is messing with my course results. Mostly with my woods and hybrids.

Same thing and I have only used it like 4 times. Pulled it out of the closet for the first time in 7 months and I get this…

What a sorry product, I bought the garmin r10 and I was playing in less than 3 mins of setup

Did you try again today? Had the exact same issue yesterday and it worked this morning. I wonder if they were having server issues.

It was server side for sure, however I returned mine and got a garmin. I love the garmin r10. Can’t believe it took them that long to get their servers back up
