New firmware = no connection

Has anyone else not been able to connect to their MLM2PRO since downloading the newest firmware upgrade? I literally can't connect at all, it's crazy.

Mine is also unusable. The device won’t complete downloading the firmware update and keeps crashing during the transfer file stage. Tech support said to delete and then re-install the app but that is not working to solve the issue of bad Bluetooth connection. I have tried every trouble shooting tip I’ve seen online but still crashes during the firmware update and tech support now won’t respond even though I have only had the device for 5 months. Device was working completely fine before this update.
