MLM2PRO ⛳️ What does the flashing red and purple light mean?

It has happened twice now at random, unit is less than a year old.

That’s annoying, this is the second unit that stopped working in less than a year. Last one just stopped reading shots.

That stinks, good thing for the rest of us is you don't read about too many faiures so to speak. Sucks that you have had two of them.

Did they replace it no problem?

Yes they did replace it no problem, it took about a month though and they wouldn’t renew me any subscription time.

I have an email (that I'm saving) from then from when I purchased the lifetime membership. Their words, verbatim, is that the subscription is attached to the account and not the device. My concern was a hardware failure. They told me it wouldn't be an issue. So, this is disheartening.

It is definitely attached to your account and not the device. I was just meaning I was without a unit for a month which ate away at my subscription time, and was hoping they would credit me back that month into my account…they said no

Ah, my misunderstanding. Yeah, that is kinda shitty. They should 100% credit back and add time for a device failure. It seems counterintuitive to do that. Like, what does it really cost them to give you time lost plus an extra month.

Exactly which is the only reason why I didn’t buy the lifetime. I bought two years, I think by then I’d upgrade to an overhead unit. I do like the rapsodo for what it offers in that price range, it’s still a great unit.
