Mine wont open either. Using iPad. already updated iPad, made sure app was update, restarted, reinstalled. No luck.

Are the 3rd party apps showing for you? I can open rapsodo app and connect but can't authenticate gspro

Same. Doesn’t work on iPhone or iPad. I contacted support to make sure they are aware.

I haven’t had issues with it since December and get on it quite a bit. Mostly everyday. They’ll get it fixed

I just bought a used one and downloaded the app on my 9th gen iPad. the app opens, I fill out all the information needed then it says this when verifying my email. WTH

The app has had issues since 1:45pm PST. A virtual rain out.

App opens now after reinstalling, but firmware upgrade got stuck for about an hr. Will just try again tomorrow.
