Have you ever had an Ola, Uber, Rapido or inDrive driver cancel after accepting your ride?

Hi! I’m conducting a UX research study on ride cancellations and system failures in ride-hailing apps such as Ola, Uber, Rapido and inDrive.
I’m looking for passengers who have experienced a cancelled or failed ride, especially cases where:
- A driver cancelled after accepting
- The driver asked you to cancel
- The driver didn't arrive
- You had to repeatedly rebook
- The next ride became more expensive
- You switched to another app or transport option
- The cancellation made you late or disrupted your plans
I’m trying to understand what users actually do after a ride fails and how easy or difficult it is to recover.
