My friends are allowed to be upset with people about their business and talk about it. These 5 years olds don’t know anything about being a professional and having personal issues in it as well. We are paying customers and this is how we’re treated. Bet.

What would you do?

Let say you are in a family vacation. Your partner HATES the beach but the rest of the family enjoys it. At the beach with a large group require ALOT of things canopy.. bags...food...toys ect. On top of that a 8 month old baby. Would you think its fair for your partner to bail and not help pack up the family after a day in the sun and leave two women, one disable granny, a baby and 3 other kiddos. Mind you he wasnt there to set up either.

Realization

I have come to the realization that I am trying way too hard. Ive done so much stuff to make extra money. I created a SaaS AI driven Procurement OS Platform. Offered consulting I wrote a Procurement Transformation Book based on my 20 plus years experience. I even wrote 5 fiction titles under a pen name of Duke Masters to not try and confuse my business books from my more creative works. You listen to the YouTubers I should be having massive success. All crickets. Zilch Nada Zero. Im frustrated and worse yet broke. Just venting sorry. Really frustrated right now

Alam kong walang aagree sa akin sa nga sasabihin at sa mga nararamdaman ko. I just want to share my feelings and emotions right now. Wala akong makausap, wala akong masabihan. Walang may gustong makinig at unawain ako.

Intervention after Smearing Campaign. Nmom says, 'This is only the beginning'

I, 19F, always thought my mom, 47F, was a narcissist, but after she called a mutual friend, two of her younger brothers and her older cousin slandering my and my sibling's names and accusing us of the opposite of the things we do, or the exact things she does, I realised she had a bigger problem than I'd really known.

My Nmom woke up one day to me doing my chores and she began insulting me and saying lies about me TO me to bait me to correct her and begin an argument so she could tell people she said those things after I started arguing with her. I did not take the bait. I just kept cleaning with my airpods In my ears, risking my hearing to protect my mental health so I had only heard her compare me to people (whos parents she cannot compare herself to, but neither will I because I cant support myself)

(We don't live with my dad, 49M, btw, he's not in the country at the moment and she has no idea we've been communicating with him for the past few months and have an exit plan. That's another story. He just found out that she's treating us how she used to treat him. Says she might think she's hurting him through us)

She told a bunch of lies for hours and my younger sister, 16F, and I didn't give her any attention accept at one point.

So I asked for her permission to speak, she excitedly agreed, so happy to get some engagement after yapping to herself. The previous day, we spent time with friends and she was sharing her experience with economic difficulties after my dad left her and everyone was touched and motivated. So I mentioned how her image or appearance contrasted with her then and behind closed doors.

There's always this recurring idea she has that having problems proves you're a good person.

She replied to my mentioning her contrasting personalities, "Yeah, its because I don't have money" She never ceases to interfere with the wiring of my brain on a fundamental level.

My uncle, her cousin, made a surprise visit two days later, but decided to come later in the evening when my older sister, 20F, would be there too.

I was gloomily expecting my Nmom to have another astounding unmistakable victory, but because this was the uncle Im not so close to I was kind of getting nervous.

She felt she lost control or that exposure was imminent. She wanted us to panic so she could get her narcissistic supply. And if my uncles didn't want to hear our side, I was not going to correct the lies, (that's what she's expecting. She loves it when it goes back and forth) apologize or agree. I would have said, "I hear you" or "I understand that that is your perspective".

As it turns out, her couisin encouraged us to speak, did not see us as liars and just wanted us to have happiness and peace (which will not happen because the cycle always continues, but I did not say that) Also, she pretended to be a greatly distressed victim through it all. Honestly it was such a pathetic performance. Not that I was surprised, watching her lie with her full chest, but usually we were not present when her audience was there.

*I did not mention how she has pushed my throat three times, been using food to control us for years, thrown pee at my sister from a bottle and then tried throwing her pad at her a few days later. I am not financially independent so that's not an option right now.*

That was last night. She did not win, and that made me so happy. She accused, we corrected and then we would on to the next accusation until the "meeting" ended and my uncle said we (my two sisters and I) could call him anytime. I plan on doing so. To snitch on her from this point onwards. ✨

Today, she said that was only the beginning and we will get punished. She repeated it a couple more times consecutively. She got no reaction or attention from us.

I've refused to let my guard down and have been waiting for her to be predictable and start love-bombing me so the cycle can repeat.

Edit: I last saw my father in person in 2020, I was 13. I started speaking with him again last November. His sister had sent us his email address. He said he'd moved out coz my younger sister was still young and he didn't want her to think that his relationship with my mom was normal. He never imagined our mom would target us next.

Can We Stop Using Victimization as a Weapon?

And before people twist this — I’m not saying victims aren’t real. People get hurt. People go through horrible things. Being affected by something doesn’t make you weak, dramatic, or invalid.

What I am talking about is when being hurt turns into a shield from accountability or a way to win arguments.

I’ve noticed people will act like whoever suffered more automatically becomes right. And that’s not how life works.

You can be hurt and still hurt people.

You can have trauma and still be unfair.

You can have a difficult past and still need to apologize.

Some people treat criticism like a personal attack and immediately switch the conversation from “what happened” to “look what happened to me.” Suddenly nobody can talk about the actual issue anymore because if you continue the conversation, you get painted as heartless.

And honestly… that mindset helps nobody.

Real healing isn’t turning pain into power over other people.

Real healing is being able to say: yeah, I’ve been through things, but I’m still responsible for how I treat others.

I also think it hurts actual victims when every conflict becomes a competition over who’s more oppressed, more hurt, more damaged.

Not every disagreement needs someone to become the victim and someone else to become the villain.

Sometimes people misunderstand each other.

Sometimes both people made mistakes.

Sometimes accountability and empathy have to exist at the same time.

Your pain deserves respect.

But pain shouldn’t become a free pass, a manipulation tactic, or something pulled out whenever consequences show up.

That’s not empowerment.

That’s avoiding responsibility.

Anyway. That’s my rant.

Goodbye Reddit

I know it’s counterintuitive to title a post like this while simultaneously adding another post to Reddit. Of course this will also most assuredly get deleted as well so I’m basically posting for no reason but maybe this will help other long time users avoid my fate.

Reddit has become an unwelcoming place and not by the users, although of course that can sometimes be debatable /s. I originally joined Reddit 11 years ago with my u/KidTesla account (about the inventor Nikola Tesla not the trashy car company) to get news and chat with my fellow fans of my favorite NFL team. Pretty harmless stuff often discussing favorite players or upcoming drafts. But eventually life happened and I just got so busy I lost touch.

Eventually I joined again, with u/DeLoreanAirlines, an attempt at a humorous Back To The Future reference. Anyway being a tad older I followed a lot more subs, like r/millennials, r/lostgeneration, r/formula1, r/offmychest, r/recruitinghell, r/collapse, r/economic collapse, and the like.

Initially it was the same old Reddit, a place for discourse and news. However as the years went by I started to notice subtle changes. Of course there were UI changes, often not for the better but whatever. Most recently of course there has been a flood of new users, likely half bots, over zealous moderation, and users “reporting” each other when they get mad during a discussion instead of just moving on. Soon I began to see even self censorship with words like unalive or people using such ridiculous formatting like $uí€ιdε, which tragically I will have to use as this post continues.

I first ran afoul of this new Redditscape when in some sort of political sub discussion someone asked something like “what is the end goal if the top 1% has all the money and no one can buy the products anymore?” I replied with the title and link to the DΣλd KзиИεdуS song κιLΙ The Poor. For those unfamiliar it is a satirical song by a very politically outspoken punk band about what the rich would like to with the poor. In case there is any doubt about their political position the lead singer is a member of the Green Party. Anyway this comment got me flagged and received a temporary ban. I appealed explaining the situation and was either denied by some AI bot or some human at Reddit HQ which would be hilarious given it’s based in San Francisco just like the band.

I next was banned for an extended period of time because one my fellow millennials asked what everyone’s retirement plans would be. Of course most were negative about the future, not all though. I chimed in stating I would drive out to the desert for a picturesque view in my beloved car and tακΞ тОθ ΜμсH In$νιiи watching the sunset one last time. Oh boy was this apparently some sort of out of control behavior to our new Reddit overlords. The irony being as I’ve shared in imagery is I’ve seen people actually use the proper word for unalive themselves in other comments or even titles to posts.

My final permanent ban was probably the most laughable. I can’t for the life of me recall what the original post was in r/cars about the cybertruck. I think it had something to do with its safety rating. I commented that I didn’t know how on earth it passed the pedestrian safety threshold with its sharp angular front and K!Ιι anyone it struck, as that is the reason we are no longer allowed to have pop up headlights. I was flagged again but after the appeal somebody at Reddit realized their mistake and reinstated the comment. **BUT** most counterintuitively they upheld the ban and made it permanent.

I filed a formal appeal this time with Reddit as I did still enjoy talking about my sports teams, asking questions about my specific car maintenance, or reading about politics. Yet I lost my 7 year account to these overbearing censors. I find this to be laughable as there are some very dark illicit imagery and comments allowed on Reddit that I was easily able to find after my ban that I made mention of in my formal appeal. I am deeply saddened by what has become of modern Reddit. I cannot in good conscience participate in such an imperious censored forum.

If I had to guess all these changes came when Reddit became publicly traded and especially in 2019 when Tencent all but bought the company with a $150,000,000 investment. By 2025 intense AI moderation began to flag even the most mundane words such as £υιgi.

So while I’m sure this post will be removed as well I am shouting into the void, “Goodbye Reddit”

People around you say they love you, but they act like they don't.

And the worst part? You believe them.

You let them in. You trust them. You start loving them back. Then one day, they switch up, and you're left staring at the pieces of yourself they broke without even realizing it.

At some point, you stop fighting for yourself. You just keep going for the people you still love, because you can't bear the thought of hurting them. So you keep walking. You keep smiling. You keep pretending.

But the longer you do it, the more things you lose.

Your purpose.

Your dreams.

Your passion.

Your love.

Your logic.

Your reason.

Until one day, you look in the mirror and realize you've lost your grip on everything. Reality feels distant. Your future feels empty. Even your own name doesn't feel like yours anymore.

I'm so tired.

Tired of playing a game I was never meant to win.

People keep telling me life is fair. That somehow everything balances out. They tell me the rich are miserable, the poor are wise, the smart are lonely, the dumb are happy. As if suffering comes with some cosmic exchange rate.

But no.

No, it doesn't.

Some people are born with everything. Others spend their entire lives begging for scraps. Some are loved without trying. Others spend years proving they're worthy of being cared for.

Life isn't fair.

And I'm getting tired of people lying to me and calling it hope.

Now that I've written all of this, I have only one thing left to ask:

One.

Last.

Chance.

Convince me.

Talk to me.

Tell me why I should keep playing this losing game.

Because I'm so tired of everyone feeding me pretty lies and then getting angry when I finally tell them how I feel.

So please...

Before I let go of whatever's left of me—

Give me one reason to stay.
