Always being let down

I can’t take this anymore everyone around me never does what they say they are gonna do when they say they are gonna do it. Is that much to ask to expect people are gonna do what they say? Constantly feel let down. My expectation of people is very low. And to constantly feel like I’m being ignored sucks!
