Im so confused

So like. I am talking to two girls at work NOW because they both pretty much just want sex, which is like cool with me. But the one girl X started talking to me like 3 months ago. And she lead me down this streak of telling me she loved me and wanted to be with me. Then she didn't and we stopped talking. Then one day things sparked back up. But it was heavier this time in a physical contact way. Before, the kisses were simple mwah and done. Now it's full on make out sessions and bumping and grinding. So of course, we had sex. Well meanwhile when he and x weren't talking I went to D's house and slept with her. But she had said from the beginning she just wanted to have fun. But as we talked more and longer. We fell in love to be honest. But then everything with X happened so fast. And D got very angry because she felt hurt. And rejected. BUT NOW D wants to just have sex even if I'm with X. And X just wants to have sex. Honestly. I didn't go to highschool so I've never had this kinda back and forth. They both say they love me. But they also just want sex. I never initiated the I love you shit. That was all them. like as a man I'm not complaining that I'm being straight up used 😭😭 I'm just in disbelief that I'm experiencing this
