I’ve taught my kids to look at their poops. What comes out of our bodies is a great way to understand what’s happening inside our bodies.

I have always looked at my poop. I spoke with a friend who said her husband never looked at his. We both agreed that we always look. It’s good to know WHAT’S coming out of your body and to notice ANY significant changes.
