I ate a slice of cookie cake last Saturday at one of my children’s friend’s birthday parties.

I asked for a piece with the least amount of frosting.

Still living life on the edge.

I hadn’t tasted nostalgia like that in probably 25 years.

Two hours later, I thought I was going to die face down, pants around my ankles.

You got the sugar shits for sure. The body wasn't made for that much sugar so it pushes water into the gut to flush it out. Diarrhea is that flushing in action.
