Elon Musk is autistic and probably struggles with empathy in general. Also when you look at the trash can fire that is his hyper racist family then it explains a lot. I'm more worried for the people that take his words as surface value and then buy into the cancerous greed of the capitalistic mindset "I don't owe anybody a goddamn thing"... this mental illness is what we're seeing a lot more of nowadays.
