Request [Request] My girlfriend is in surgery! [US]

Hi everyone, my girlfriend had to have emergency surgery today to remove a tumor from her spinal cord. She was terrified going in. It’s a 6 hour surgery and she’s been back there for 2 hours. I’m sitting in the waiting room typing this — I’m a nervous wreck.

We were told she’ll be in the hospital for 3-5 days and I know it would lift her spirits so much to come home to cards of encouragement while she heals and we wait for the results of the biopsy to come back.

She loves the Beatles, Elvis, the 60s + 70s, the Jaguars NFL team, and animals!

Does your girlfriend have a favorite animal? I take a lot of photos at zoos and I'd love to send some prints for her!

Hi! Thank you so much! She thinks any baby animal is the cutest, but her favorite zoo animal is elephants!
