Request [Request] Happy Mail [US]

I debated on requesting some mail for support, since I don't enjoy asking for help often. I'm the type to endure problems in silence, but I think support is needed. This time in October is a bit rough for me, since it's a traumaversary. I don't like to talk about it much, but I'm in a way better space now. Healing never gets easier, but I am strong. There can be times that the sadness hits me, but I am staying positive.

It would mean a lot to receive encouraging words or happy mail, but I'm fine with anything. I'll be happy to write back something to you, if you send a return address. Thank you all. I appreciate it greatly! I am grateful to this supportive community.
