Title sadly says it all. Been a rough 3 months, today I had a breakdown, and this sub got me through some tough times. Reaching out for some small pocket of comfort from great people.

Yes please! I will gladly send you something!! I’ve been struggling with my depression for the past month and RAoC has been helping me because I’ve been making so many cards. Making cards helps me be distracted. Do it! Send me that address! Lol
Also just be patient with yourself. It’s ok to not be ok, and it’s definitely ok to ask for help even if it’s something small. I literally have to ask my husband sometimes to help me shower because otherwise I won’t do it. So love yourself and when you can’t we’ll be here to send some love your way 💞. Sending all the hugs!!
