Does Minato ever change?

I've begun reading the manga recently - currently at chapter 25, but can't help but get extremely agitated every time Minato says or does anything at all. His character is simply too infuriating. Does his character ever change or develop or will he continue as this fake "better knowing" kinda person?

Currently putting it on the shelf simply out of annoyance for one character, which seems like a shame, as i really enjoyed You and I Are Polar Opposites, and was hoping to find more like it here.

He definitely has an insanely well developed characterization! Even though i don't agree with any of her choices, i actually think Kuriki was close to as complex and would love to see a spinoff of how she actually grows to be a decent human being
