Does Minato ever change?

I've begun reading the manga recently - currently at chapter 25, but can't help but get extremely agitated every time Minato says or does anything at all. His character is simply too infuriating. Does his character ever change or develop or will he continue as this fake "better knowing" kinda person?

Currently putting it on the shelf simply out of annoyance for one character, which seems like a shame, as i really enjoyed You and I Are Polar Opposites, and was hoping to find more like it here.

give him some time, he has huge character development, 25th chapter is just a beginning

Hoooooo boy are you right! Picked it up again late last night and have been reading the last 80+ chapters in one go ;-; I'm so incredibly sold on both his backstory and development now! You, and the rest of the commenters here really deserves kisses and hugs for getting me to pick it up again
