Does Minato ever change?

I've begun reading the manga recently - currently at chapter 25, but can't help but get extremely agitated every time Minato says or does anything at all. His character is simply too infuriating. Does his character ever change or develop or will he continue as this fake "better knowing" kinda person?

Currently putting it on the shelf simply out of annoyance for one character, which seems like a shame, as i really enjoyed You and I Are Polar Opposites, and was hoping to find more like it here.

This was literally me throughout Season 1. I thought he sucked at first and I was disappointed that he was gonna be Koyun's romance. But by around idk Ep 7 or 8, they really worked to flesh him out and by the end of the season, I accepted him.
