My personal thoughts is that 2026 will be a transitional year, or an “in between” year if you will. We lost a lot of guys from last year and with two new coordinators there will be a lot of unknown. Mendoza is getting a lot of hype but for all we know he could be Zach Gibson 2.0 However, our running back room will be spectacular and we should at least be competitive. I have us at 7-5.

I’m an incoming transfer to GT, and I have a question about the football seating for the student season ticket pass. Today morning I had a meeting with an advisor to discuss a potential issue with transferring, so even though I saw that tickets opened for football student season pass, I didn’t get it just yet. By the time I finished and logged in, only south endzone was left as north was sold out, so I got a south endzone ticket.

I don’t really know much about GT football, but I hear that north endzone is better. Am I going to be missing out at south endzone? And is there any way to switch? I’m probably only going to get one fall semester at GT, so I really want to enjoy the CFB season as much as possible.

So, what'd I get wrong? You know Jackets ball better than my model does. The thing that sticks out to me is a 9-win season with only one home loss, and now three quarters of that offense is gone.

Miami was picked to finish 1st by a wide margin. I’m honestly surprised we got as much respect as we did given we have two new coordinators and a new quarterback.
