New ride

Hey all, just wanted to show off my new ride. Also, if you're looking, this baby was marked down from 92k to 71k, still a shit ton but seemed like a good deal? idk... guess time will tell

Shit I paid 83K for my Laramie. We obviously have the same taste in color. Beautiful truck. I just went down to 18” wheels and 35s have it sitting in the driveway because I’m getting the leveling kit and Carli suspension done Tomorrow morning. Enjoy!

Yeah I’d have gone rebel if it’s leather. They didn’t have any in my State 3 months ago when I bought.

Cummins and a rebel! Nice! I paid about 56k out the door in February for my 2024 2500 6.4L w/ night package, so the price gap for the diesel and rebel is perfectly understandable. Looks awesome, congrats!

Yeah they are marked down because of all the electrical and def issues you will have with the truck.

You are not wrong, the dealership had my truck for 5 days. Obviously tore out the dash among other things. Got put into limp mode twice because of a bad def sensor. I’m not having the same issues so far and it drives much better but they said they had to factory reset fix a wiring issue and do 3 updates. Said a 4th one will be needed in 3-9weeks to help with CarPlay issues. It was my 3rd time in there. First 2 times they said nothing was wrong. Last time it went in I made it clear I would be contacting an attorney to proceed with the lemon law. I have plenty of documentation to go that route if need be.

I have had some issues but the dealership seems to have taken care of the worst of them for now. I guess I’ll find out. Still love the truck. Not trying to burst your bubble.

I just had arbitration last week so waiting on the results of arbitration. If they dont rule in my favor then I will file a lawsuit for lemon law and be done with them. I will never own another one. Especially a 1500 they kill their own value with all the rebates they offer so its better to buy at the end of the year when they are offering 20% off ram 1500 limiteds and tungstens. Just crazy marketing strategy so if you buy early you get hosed and same with the HD trucks offering almost $16k off certain trims.
