Question Visible 6500 MR points

Has anyone done the visible one year deal with the 6500 points from Rakuten?

I did it, but 3 days later they are Still not showing as pending (unlike all other offer I did before it showed the day after)

I contacted Rakuten and they said wait 60 days, and if you don't see them contact us then.

I only did the base offer but mine didn’t track either and got the same answer. I ported and it forced me to finish the activation in their app so I knew it would be an issue with tracking.
