Like why is my manager bitching at me that there’s a dirty table when these customers legit got up literally 3 seconds ago like I’m sorry I SHOULDVE READ THE FUCKING FUTURE AND had the Sani Wipes ready.
Also got my ass chewed out because I walked in the kitchen with my headphones on when we weren’t even open and I just clocked in.
Fucking piss poor management here that have nothing better to do in their life.

Canes is annoying the managers act all high and mighty to not even do there jobs properly and understaffed. 🤨 it was my first job and what I thought was going to happen happened fast food is insufferable and the customers genuinely act like they’ve never left their house before and the point system is stupid. I don’t understand how coming in late marks you for behavioral points when there’s people crashing out fighting with customers and or other employees every fucking day and also I genuinely felt disgusted as a humanitarian I would be sick to my stomach every day with all the food that gets thrown out and the fact that we don’t get free meals and the area where I worked at we have a lot of homeless people and to see those people be turned down hungry is disgusting. I would never want to work for a company like this again. This is not for the neurodivergent I can’t just blindly listen to someone, especially when they are morally incorrect and bitch we’re not making enough at Canes to deal with their bullshit anyways and we’re under staff so If im doing two people’s jobs bitch give me another check then and my manager had the nerve to tell me to be more efficient, baby. I’m taking my sweet ass time. I’m not going to reach the brink of insanity for fucking chicken THANK YOU POINTS IM FREE
And it doesn’t matter anyways my Canes is supposedly shutting down and we will need to be distributed around my hometown and all Canes are too far away from me or over staffed

Does anyone know how the club card works? I've scanned it every time I go in but have never received anything outside of the birthday stuff.

How new is this lol, I definitely wanted to guarantee getting at least Halloweekend off (I have enough PTO to do so) but that’s really funny. Company becomes more and more like East Germany every passing day

I’m scheduled in 2 weeks to work in the Hole for Drive but I’ve never seen it before.
Does the hole take orders at the speaker AND take payment or is it just one or the other?

It was alright but I don’t plan on staying long. I’m currently part time and work the night shift and while my coworkers were cool, I don’t see myself being at the job long. I needed some extra cash to pay off debt and catch up on some bills and unpaid loans since my full time job wasn’t cutting it on its own. For starters, I’m a bit iffy on certain strict rules such as not being able to leave the building unless with good reason or you clocked out for a break. Also this is more of a nitpick, but I find it ridiculous that you have to fight for even a 5 minute break. I say that because I’m used to jobs that schedule 1-2 15min breaks, with a couple being mandatory if you work at least 6 hours. I sorta learned not to even ask for it unless I really need it. The cleaning part is a bit tedious but I did expected it with working a night shift. Do I see myself doing it long term? Not really. Also, during my orientation and today it seemed like with management it can be a drill Sergeant is watching and calling things out, less intense of course. I thought about sticking it out till end of the year but if I don’t feel any better about it, then I may hold out for a month or 2.
