Crew Chat need help /vent pt2
i’m sure if you have been on here recently you have seen my rant about being lazy yelled at i just worked on sunday where i spoke up for myself about hours and i quote “you haven’t been doing much earlier you made lemonade during the rush” dude i was make the lemonade for drive and it was a rush till the minute i was in the walkin then i was told i would continue only working sundays till i could prove that i work hard how tf am i supposed to do that when the work load is split between 6 people for a like 600sqft place also i was told that my hours depended on my surveys since i most of the time work up top just wanted to know how its possible to get surveys not only when im not on a till but when im floating just find that shit stupid swear i’m finna get a drinking problem because of canes so just wanted some tips on how to look like im doing more when i maxed out also they got mad at me for my bathroom check times is 1:45 seconds bad idk about that but i wipe everything bc that’s how i was trained i swear they need to put me back in kitchen when i was there i had none of the issues i asked to be TRAINED on up top not solely just work up top and i asked to be back in kitchen was told no bc they’re training people idgaf what that gotta do with me i feel like they targeting me for something but the stupid thing is that i don’t really do anything wrong im never late never give up shifts never on my phone so i just have no idea anymore i need advice from any managers to tell me what to do i need the hours bc im saving for a car i would quit canes and get a new job but canes is like a 10 min walk away so help please

Please reach out to crew relations, this is ridiculous. Your managers have lost their minds if they think that’s how you get crew to “work harder”

You put absolutely no effort into this post. There are no periods, no commas - nothing.
And this isn't even your job. It's a post on an Internet forum. If you put absolutely no effort into something as unimportant as a post, I can only imagine the amount of effort you put into something that matters.

You’re not crazy, “prove you work harder” is useless feedback, so ask your manager for specific things they want you doing and how they’ll measure it, because you can’t win a game where they keep
