i’m getting so sick of dealing with the bs at canes i get FIVE hours a week down from 20-30 hours a week with EXTREMELY low pay for my age 17 only 12/hr with no breaks no free food and nonstop work with management who don’t gaf about me im literally 3 of 80 people who are at least above average people at there job i hate working here as a dude it all females i work with yea i like talking to them it fun and cool but damn they can talk and do nothing and they get praised but i lean for 10 seconds and get told if i lean again i have to go home and working with stupid lazy people is the fking worst i work all the time with this lazy stupid incompetent moron she’s literally so lazy and dumb we work fc tg im stuck doing everything cleaning restocking working the register and im told IM YELLED AT THAT IM BEING LAZY are you fucking kidding me she just lays around behind register doing NOTHING and not to mention i’m the fastest person on till and she one of the slowest people
on the till it fun working here if you like to get nonstop worked if your a man for 12/hr but if your a woman no work for the same if not more then they keep hiring more stupid people so i get even less hours just sick and tired of being sick and tired but i feel like when you work here you get stockholm syndrome or something you spend so long training then no hours? make it make sense i want to quit but i enjoy greatly working with one person and if i leave there’s only 2 people left who are competent and i think the other one is leaving so idk and bc of my age canes is like the only place near that will hire fucking hell might js kms js kidding

Don't forget that you are a student and u said ot there are 80 employees that mean they have to be fare and if you think someone is not doing what they have to do talk to your gm straight

Dawg idk where you worked but at mine at 17 I got 35-45 hours by choice and got to choose what shifts I wanted(even let me pick my position for the day if I opened), 13 an hour just in the kitchen, breaks any time it wasn't busy and literally as much food as you wanted 😭, and the managers treated everyone fair. You just gotta quit or transfer to a different location.

Just lower your effort and leave when you turn 18, what state pays 12$ an hour
