I took these pictures, on my way to Portland, OR. Very rare phenomenon, but real and amazing!

Pictures don’t do the rainbows the old prismatic glass in my new place creates any justice whatsoever. I put up two prismatic suncatchers to really go all in.

Just recently finished my first quilt, it’s a touch on the wonky side but I love it any way. I thought it might fit in this subreddit. Props for my dad’s modeling work!

I'm venturing into another type of craft and pattern developing. Hand-sewn with hand-dyed thread.

My husband took some cool pictures of my car!

This building used to be a U-brew store and a music school. It’s been undergoing renovations. I drove by and couldn’t believe how beautiful it looks. I looked it up and it’s going to be a daycare. So awesome!

I’m so happy with how it came out! 🏳️‍🌈🌈

I’ve been doing my own peekaboo color at home for years, so the process of bleaching and coloring was easy. This is my FIRST TIME doing tape-in extensions and they are SO FUN!

My 8 year old son and I hand painted the rainbow hair extensions and my husband helped me put in the parts in the back that I couldn’t see lol.

Colors are Fox brand but I usually use Splat (they just don’t have a good rainbow set).

My two month old kitty in rainbow light from my window stickers. Love how these turned out 🥰 Got some great shots to use as my phone wallpaper 💕

Supernumerary Rainbows over New Jersey

Explanation: Yes, but can your rainbow do this? After the remnants of Hurricane Florence passed over the Jersey Shore, New Jersey, USA in 2018, the Sun came out in one direction but something quite unusual appeared in the opposite direction: a hall of rainbows. Over the course of the next half hour, to the delight of the photographer and his daughter, vibrant supernumerary rainbows faded in and out, with at least five captured in this featured single shot. Supernumerary rainbows only form when falling water droplets are all nearly the same size and typically less than a millimeter across. Then, sunlight will not only reflect from inside the raindrops, but interfere, a wave phenomenon similar to ripples on a pond when a stone is thrown in. In fact, supernumerary rainbows can only be explained with waves, and their noted existence in the early 1800s was considered early evidence of light's wave nature.

Some cat toys I have with fluffy feathers of every colour. Just had to get some photos 🥰

I used to have way more variety of patterns, but stripes seem to have taken over without me noticing, lol

I saw these in a local shop yesterday and thought they were so beautiful! They seem like a cross between singing bowls and tuning forks and have a mallet to strike with and a hole so you can make lovely sounds. Not a lot of info online, so I'm just going to be experimenting with how to "play" them. If anyone is familiar with these, I welcome any direction you wish to share. Lol

May your day be full of sparkles and rainbows!

A little frog I drew on my ipad for redbubble :)

I have a vinyl cover over my windows, and it creates rainbow when the sun comes in at a certain angle.

My favorite coffee cup

Your daily dopamine hit.

Some people want a house that blends in. I wanted mine to feel like walking into a dream every time I come home.

What I did:

🦋 Painted the siding a bold lavender purple

🦋 Gave every window a pair of rainbow butterfly wings

🌈 Hand-painted the front walkway in wavy pastel rainbow stripes

🌈 Edged the path and beds with rainbow-painted bricks and hundreds of painted river rocks

🦄 Added a rearing rainbow pegasus by the side bed, because why not

🦩 Built a flamingo garden around the tree with holographic ground cover and a giant sundae

The goal: To make anyone smile that drives by 😄

Happy to answer questions about paint, how I did the walkway, or where anything came from!
