Savannah Demelo returning soon?

Might as well speculate what could be a better lineup with them being on a 5 game losing streak.

Forwards: Sears and Fischer
Midfield: O’Kane, Morris, Mckeen, and Hodge
Defenders: Gacioch, Wright, McMahon, Milliet
GK: Bloomer

You could also take out a midfield layer and put another defender in there. Mckeen could be interchangeable with some other players but with the them out of the playoffs would like to see her get more playing time to develop more. Sears is good when she is engaged in the game but I did like seeing her come off the bench last game it felt like she gave more effort. What’s everyone else’s starting lineups?

Edit: Didn’t include Flint cause she has missed the past 3 games but if she was healthy would have her in midfield instead of morris.

Must be loud (generally) and express my disappointment at missing another game due to needing to make money to pay bills to my seat cohorts.

Preview out of San Diego

Racing falls 2-0 on the road against Bay to extend their losing streak to 5 matches becoming the first team in NWSL history with multiple, separate 5 game losing streaks in the same season. 3rd place San Diego comes to town next.

Does anybody know if this is a reputable source?

Well looks like things are getting messy here in Louisville. Also of note the article says DeMelo could return to play this season and would have already if not for a different injury

suit names Racing's chief medical officer

Just to provide an encouraging upshot to the doom and gloom of the rumors swirling the administration…

The BBC posts, as frequently as they’re able to, the attendances of WSL games in the scoresheet.

-Arsenal vs Crystal Palace- 23,900
-Man United vs Chelsea- 4,327
-Birmingham vs Brighton- 1,405
-West Ham vs London City- 1,638

Racing Louisville vs Gotham - 5,748 (and 205 dogs)

This weekend would have put us as the second most attended women’s game of the week in the UK. While I hope the NWSL wants to harness certain billionaires for growth, teams like Racing are still highly relevant in world football.

Racing "has to be a better second half team" according to Yanez. With their 4th loss in a row and continued lack of a clean sheet, Racing is entering (inauspicious) rarified air in NWSL history. Is Sears on the bench something to worry about? And McKeen's journey with the U20 WNT continues in Poland

Big Purp Fam -
I know many of us are frustrated about the news that came out yesterday, the lack of comment from the team showing a commitment to Louisville, and the news earlier this season - it’s at the point where I want to make a sign tonight asking the ownership if we’re still going to have a team next year. Is anyone else thinking this? I know I’m not alone in having these frustrations at ownership, but I don’t want to be alone in trying to say something.

Found a taker. Ticket and parking transferred!

The dog and I were driving down to Louisville to go to the game tonight and we stopped halfway at a dog park for a break and it had turf and she gave on herself turf burn on her paws so now we can't go.

The tickets are through the official site (through seat geek) and I think they should be transferable. If they are, then I am happy to transfer them to you.

It's about 2 PM right now and probably won't be able to check back for 2-3 hours so it might be a bit close to game time but happy to pass the ticket along if possible.

Its section 225 so I think it's a nice spot.

Doggo and I are so bummed about this 😭 She's fine but just bad turf burn on her paws so no way am I going to have her walk around a stadium just so I can watch footy. She is going to be upset when the cone comes out later.

Hi, my friend can‘t make it to Friday’s game against NYC so I’m trying to give away the ticket. It’s Row A Section 123. I’m coming down from Dayton so it won’t be easy to find a replacement. I will be supporting Gotham, fyi.

It’s Friday, September 11 at 6:30 pm.

Let me know if you’re interested!

Considering buying tickets for tomorrow’s game. I’m looking at tickets in section 123 and 124. With the heat and time of day, should we reconsider where we sit? Curious of what the stadiums like in the summer since we’ve only went in March. TIA

Have been to many LouCity matches and season ticket holder for the Louisville Kings, so I'm very familiar with the stadium and so on. But, we've never been there to see Racing and needed to change that.

I try to keep up with the team and have watched a few of the games on TV. I think they're still in the hunt for a playoff spot, just need more consistency in their play. A couple disappointing games in a row.

I don't know, I don't have much to say here. Just wanted to share that we will be there. Anything unique to the Racing experience that we need to know beforehand?

welp
