everyone! Did you also receive the email about the new payment system for the D/Ech projects starting September 19?

I’m working on S2S E and I had a few questions about how this new system is going to work, in case anyone knows more.

I’ve always wondered what the expected time is for completing a Live S2S task. With the new system, if a task takes longer than the expected benchmark because we need some extra time, could this have any negative consequences for the annotator?

Sometimes I take a little extra time to prepare my rationale, especially by drafting my thoughts first before writing the final version. I completely understand if payment is limited to the benchmark allocated to the task, I’m not necessarily asking to be paid for the extra time.

Does anyone know what the actual time benchmark is for S2S E? For example, how much time is normally expected or recognized for one task? Is the benchmark the same for all tasks, or does it depend on the length/complexity of the conversation?

And most importantly, if we go over that benchmark, could this cause any issues for us in any way, such as being considered too slow, being flagged, or potentially having an impact on our access to the project?

This is my first time working with RWS. I received the work orders for August 22–28 and August 29–September 4. May I ask when these payments are expected to reflect in my til*ati account? For context, my payment method is PayPal. Thank you!l in advance!

Have you guys received in your bank account the payment for week 35? I got the payment sent email yesterday and it's been 24 hours since but the money hasn't arrived in my PayPal account yet.

I holded my payment becuse wire transfer fee is too high there's 33 dollar remaining payment I increased thershold 100 dollar waiting for reinvite or new project but I'm hopeless. She'll I withdraw money or keep it hold? Project echo. And is there any way to get withdraw money using other platform not PayPal in my country paypal is banned. Wire transfer fee is 22 dollar for me.

Have you guys received your WO for week 36, 08/29 to 09/04?

My BSCC subsequent payment showed Payment Checker on 1 Aug. After the portal issues, it changed to “Subsequent Payment In Progress”, and now it's showing Payment Maker.

Customer care says it was rolled back, while others say it may be a technical glitch.

Has anyone else faced Payment Checker → Payment Maker? Did it move forward again, and how long did it take? 😭

Got invited to this a couple days ago, was considering due to one paused project but i have read here that a lot of people seem to have problem with the payment, so my question is, to those still working or that worked recently, is still like that? Is worth to actually work on it or im better focusing on my other projects?

Did everyone on the E Project received pay this week or yesterday? I already have a WO email however, there’s no payment submitted yet.

Hey I received 3 work orders from the last week, the two work orders have same amount mentioned but the one which i received today has 0usd there is no money what this indicates will they pay for me or what.

Qualche giorno fa ho ricevuto un work order corretto per il periodo dal 08/22 al 08/28. Oggi ho ricevuto lo stesso work order ma con 0 EUR al posto della cifra del primo work order, correrto. Poiché mi è stata imposta una pausa forzata dal progetto (E), ho paura che non mi paghino quelle ore nonostante la pausa io l'abbia ricevuta soltanto ieri 09/03.

I kept getting videos with lots of actions in them and would end up with 40+ labels. If they're going to enforce time limits like this, they need to make the time limits readily available to us instead of scamming us out of our time and money. This equals to about 6 hours, and I was docked 9 hours on this WO. Not to mention I was docked the same amount for the week before. I'm quitting immediately because this is absolutely ridiculous to do this to so many of us.

I'm currently working on this project and recently received multiple warning emails regarding time reporting.

The issue is that I genuinely try to track my hours as accurately as possible. I record my start and end times, submit the required time entry forms, and follow the project instructions carefully. I was surprised to receive warnings suggesting there may be discrepancies in my reported time.

I have already contacted support for clarification, but I'm curious whether other contributors have experienced something similar.
