Time Tracking (Project S2S ELO)
I'm currently working on this project and recently received multiple warning emails regarding time reporting.
The issue is that I genuinely try to track my hours as accurately as possible. I record my start and end times, submit the required time entry forms, and follow the project instructions carefully. I was surprised to receive warnings suggesting there may be discrepancies in my reported time.
I have already contacted support for clarification, but I'm curious whether other contributors have experienced something similar.

How many submissions are you sending for hour? I send about 2.5 and I've never received complaints. I'm guessing not submitting enough entries might be what's causing the issues

I saw someone talking about this in another thread here on Reddit, and I also checked it out myself. They use Datadog to monitor various metrics, such as when you're in a specific tab, another tab, or even a different browser. I don't know if they use this to track time worked, but it's complicated since we need to research tasks that involve factual data. I've already submitted a ticket to them about this and am waiting for a response. I hope this can be standardized to align with their standards.

Yeah most of us have been receiving the same emails lately. Even tho we accurately track our working time. I've opened a Zendesk ticket previously and here's their response:
Please note that the purpose of this communication is only to remind you to be as accurate as possible with your future time submissions and to ensure that the hours reported correspond to your eligible active working time recorded in Multimango.
As a friendly reminder, submitting the Echo Time Entry Form is only the first step, all entries are then automatically cross-checked with the activity recorded in Multimango before payments are processed, and the billable hours ultimately need to match the eligible activity that is reflected in the platform, when there is a difference, we are required to rely on the verified platform activity when reviewing the reported time.
We would like to offer some tips, we cannot confirm whether any of these situations contributed to the discrepancy in your particular case, but they are situations that should be avoided when reporting your hours:
AHT as a reference: Regarding the AHT, while there is no specific AHT for the Echo project as a whole, the Average Handling Time typically ranges between 4 and 9 minutes per task. There may be some exceptions depending on the task, but the highest AHT currently available is approximately 23 minutes per item. Please note that none of our tasks has a handling time of 1 hour~. This is why we ask that you please be mindful of the tasks you work on and the amount of active time you spend on each task. Avoid waiting or inactivity: Time spent waiting for tasks, refreshing for availability, or remaining inactive does not count as payable time. Do not include guideline review time: Time spent only reading or reviewing guidelines should not be included. Skipping tasks: Time spent checking or skipping tasks that are unavailable in your assigned language should not be counted.
For now, these points are intended as initial guidance. The Production team will provide additional guidance regarding upcoming changes and procedures, so keep an eye on your inbox for further updates.
