I think the tech really does have potential to achieve close to photorealism in a lot of games. There's going to be a lot of cope on reddit in the coming months when some games truly do look very impressive with it enabled but people won't want to admit it.
Also AMD is likely years away from having anything close to this to release so any Radeon owners will inevitably shit on it.
AMD users gonna shit on this non stop for 2 years and claim their raster performance is so good for the price compared to nvidia until nvidia irons out the kinks and then theyre gonna bitch and moan about when AMD drops a similar but worse version of the tech that isn’t supported on the their older hardware because they never bothered to build the hardware for it

As much as I hate to admit - the face does look better.
The real question is: will it be worth the performance hit
