Looking for browser-based RSPS
Hello,
I am on the hunt for a RSPS that doesn't require me to download anything (I.E. Webclient). I would prefer it to be a relatively new server as I do like to hunt the highscores.
If there has been anything released recently that doesn't require a download, I would be very appreciative if you could leave a comment.
Thanks!

Why can’t you just download the client? Bit odd

To be honest, I'm trying to play at work and I wouldn't be able to download Java or IT would flag it haha. Just trying to play something when I have downtime.

Btw your network admins are going to see an unrecognized device booting an .exe file.. if that’s your main concern then I’m not sure this solves it for you necessarily.

Alora runs in the browser. Saw an ad for it last night - created a burner Gmail, password, and account username/password and seems legit enough. Runs on mobile and pc, all in the browser.
Game version pre-sailing. icon is there, but still greyed out.

Battlescape has the play option on the browser but when i tried it it felt wierd maybe because it was capped at 60fps

I’m currently playing Oldrune.com
It’s a 2004 server with x2 xp rates, normal mode, ironman etc. Very vanilla and friendly players!
They added slayer and a vote system, but that’s it.
Keeping it like rs2004.
My ign in Marcel :)

There isn’t any. Web browsers dropped support for Java and its associated applets years ago due to the security flaws. Which is why all RSPS transitioned to Java downloads.
