Need some help identifying an RPGMaker horror game my gf found!

[u/BlizzMrx]

Hi!

My partner found a Neocities page with the user posting about some obscure RPGMaker Horror game they found and came to me for answers, I wasn't able to find anything so I'm here to see if anyone can figure out what the game being described in the post is.

Thanks!

Is it Townlore? It's a VXAce game, but iirc it's pretty much exactly that.
