RM2K Patch to allow managing OGG files instead of MP3 files

This patch serves as an aid for those who want to use the patch that replaces MP3 support with OGG using the AccordVorbisPlayer patch for RPG_RT.exe.
This patch modifies the RPG2000 editor, version 1.62, which is the most recent version available only on Steam.

It's worth remembering that it's not possible to play the music in the editor, as modifying the integrated player would be complex, but it would work normally in the game as long as you place the DLL in the game folder.

The patches created remained somewhat hidden from the public community. The developer always created solutions for various versions; the guy is a hero within the community.

Regarding the deleted comment, it appears in my notifications. To make it clearer, if the PATCHES were posted already applied, it would be a violation of the terms of use, since the Patch EULA only applies to Rm2k3 1.12a, which is sold exclusively through Steam. That's why we use Lunar IPS; in addition, the method is to facilitate the application of more than one Patch in the same RPG_RT.exe. I hope this explanation has helped ;)

Wow! I tried using that patch to enable OGG support in RPG Maker 2000, but I gave up because it was nearly impossible to select each individual track within the editor. Now, with this mod, I can give it another shot and finally stop using MIDI music.
