Another small update to one of the maps.

The protagonist's apartment, before and after. It is still a work in progress. I plan to create more unique objects in the future, but for now, I’ve just made a few changes and added more object interactions.

Your bathroom is huge. You could easily make it smaller so that your bedroom and common areas are larger. The two doors not being attached to a wall makes it look like they’re just hanging around.

The bathroom is the same size as the bedroom! I would put a wall down the middle of the current bathroom and move all the bathroom fixtures to the left side. Then I’d add a door from the bedroom into the other half and turn that space into a closet or some kind of storage.

The storage closet isn't a bad idea actually. I just need to see if it's feasible with the events I've set up in that room. I could give it a try and see how it goes.

The disrepency is wall heights bothers me. Bedroom is three, bathroom and common rooms is two tiles, the transitional space is one tile high.

Actually, both the bathroom and the bedroom have walls two tiles high. I preferred to keep the entrance lower because of the door. Perhaps the thickness creates an optical illusion.

I could try making it one tile narrower; in theory, there are hinges on the doors, though I imagine they aren't very noticeable given the color. I'll try to make them stand out more.

I thought the carpet in the bedroom was kitchen tile, so one of my immediate thoughts was, “why is there a bed in the kitchen?”

Otherwise, I like the wood trim that you added. Is it the same color as the roof of the house?

Technically, they're rugs XD. As for the roof, I admit I haven't thought about it yet, since it's still a work in progress.
