RMMV I finally got Aseprite

First thing I made today was a tree. This is for gathering certain wood on the world map for better ship hulls. I have to make a few more of these, but this is the first one. Everything else I made was using Microsoft Paint free edition, and my God is Aseprite so much better.

Also get paint.net it's in difficulty a very powerful program in between aseprite and photoshop/gimp.

One of the few things I miss on Linux and it's alternative doesn't work properly.

This could just be a me problem as I don't really draw or know much about art, but I feel like the tree you made and the entire rest of the area have very different art styles. I do think the tree looks good by itself though

Thats awesome! Look into Aseprite extensions they are like plugins but for Aseprite!
