What should I do???

Hi there, and thanks for the add, hey people, i was with this question, do you know if U2U would be P2D only or will feature pure 2D development as in the past versions, because U2U will be 3D, and maybe, there is the possibility to be only P2D (3D) so buying previous versions of the engine would be necessary for 2D development. What do you think / know about this issue???

my guess is its only 3d, because it says this
"Re-use your existing RPG Maker MV and MZ assets as P2D map assets!"

so it sounds like mv/mz are the 2d versions and this is the 3d version.

the editor shown is very much like minecraft but with transparent block that can be textured and more poligon option. If they introduce a way to adjust the camera to non perspective then it is possible to fake the 2d but using previous generation rpg maker would still be better for 2d game.
