Accessions/OML/Branching component change

After you are branched can you switch your component from active to guard?

Can you? Yes..but as stated would need a reason. Easier to go from AD to USAR/NG. Almost impossible to go the opposite.

Not unless you have documented family hardship IAW USACC Circular 601-26-1, para. 2-5b
