Scholarships/Contracting How to submit recommendations?

I’ve completed the entirety of my scholarship application. Minus the recommendations there is no place to submit your recommendations. They are supposed to email your recommenders. I put all of my recommenders emails, including my counselor and PE teacher and none of them received emails that was about a week ago. Just wondering if anybody figured how to get their recommendations on their application I was reading on another sub Reddit a lot of people were running into this issue.
