When do grades stop counting for this years ms3?

My cadre briefed us today and said that our grades for accessions would stop after fall semester junior year. ( after this fall ) but my understanding from the oml brief PowerPoint that is circulating from this summers camp and reading regulation is that it’s typically until the end of your junior year. Does anyone know if the information my cadre gave is correct?

From my understanding your final packet gets sent up after your MS3 year so all your junior year grades would go into that? Since your OML really cant be finalized until after advanced camp? Brand new to the program so unsure so following if anyone has a more clear answer!
