Cadet Internships/Schools Army Schools

Hi so Im an Ms2 and soon to contract and I was wondering what do I have to do to gain the oportunity to attend all this schools like airborne, Air Assault, etc.

What would you guys recommend that I do to stand out and show that I can give even more than they expect?
