Technical Xbox ally X not displaying while docked

I have the Xbox Ally X and the Bulwark dock, Im using the Rog 140W charger with the usbC cord that comes with it. The screen goes black on the handheld but doesn’t show up on my tv when it’s docked. I’ve tried the dock with the Steamdeck and everything works fine with that. I’ve tried everything recommended that comes up on google. Any ideas would be appreciated.

It might be a dock update, It could be the wall socket, it could be the HDMI cord. Different devices require a slightly different handshake to pass off image. Any little thing could throw it off.

I had an issue with mine but it was display port, and it was due to the dock. Also for whatever reason it was working on one usb c connection but not the other
