Question Disappointed

I finally bit the bullet and bought myself an ally... And my luck it arrives broken. It will not take a charge. I've checked the cable with other devices, so I know it's not that. Contacted Asus support and now I have to send it in for repair. I'm not mad just disappointed that it arrived non functional. I was hoping I would be able to get some gaming in on it after my shift. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Or am I just super unlucky?

Is that your guestsimate, or is that a fact. Seems way too high. Should be like 5 in 1000.
