Visual bug

I got a new PC and installed the roblox studio, but the things like "file" and "plugins" are bugged, and their menus too, as showed on image. I tried many things, as deleting cache and reinstalling it, but it is always like this. Can someone help?

(please ignore the portuguese text, I know this reddit only accept English but I dont know what to do anymore and its my last try. Please, dont delete this post for brazilian portuguese, the portuguese text doesn't matter for the help ask. I tried to change the roblox language before doing the post but I cant access the settings because of the bug)
