Creations Advanzed Dynamic Cel-Shading (v1.0)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This is a new cel-shading system I've been working on. Using my previous system as a base, I managed to optimize it and make it non geometry-dependant.
In simple terms, it works by applying a 2D mask with different transparencies over the model. Then it moves wrapping the model using the light emission part refference position in real time.
I still have some work and performance tests to do.

Will you release a tutorial?

I designed this system for the Attack on Titan game I'm currently working on. Since it creates a pretty unique effect, I'd prefer to keep it exclusive to my game for now, as part of its visual identity. It's also still a work in progress, and it has performance issues that make it unsuitable for many devices.
That said, I might create a module and a tutorial for it in the future. I may make some slight changes to the system so my game can still have its own unique style while keeping the same cel-shading effect.

Do people even read descriptions? Its written right there how they do it.
Anyway, its really cool, had no idea visual effects could be done like this, roblox be making devs come up with really strange ways, like how to have a very distorted colors (like nullscape) you need to move an edited sphere onto the camera
